No. Every plan is month-to-month with no exit fees. If you leave, you just pay for the month you've used. We'd rather keep you with good service than a contract.

Yes. Every plan includes a phone (VoIP) number at no extra cost, and we'll port your existing number over for free. Note the phone runs over your broadband, so it won't work during a power or network outage — including calls to 000.

Any NBN-compatible modem router works. If you have one, we'll help you set it up over the phone. If you don't, we can recommend or supply one when we confirm your connection.

Most addresses switch over remotely with no visit needed. If a technician is required, we'll book a time that suits you and tell you exactly what to expect. Either way, we call you to make sure everything works before we consider the job done.

Call us. A person answers, and we troubleshoot with you on the spot — no ticket numbers, no "have you tried turning it off and on" scripts read at you. Business plans with an SLA get priority response times.

One simple monthly bill, in advance, by direct debit or card. New connections get $5/mth off for the first 6 months on most plans — already shown in our prices. No setup fees on standard connections.

Give us a call before you move and we'll line up the connection at your new address so the gap is as short as possible. No relocation fees, and since there's no lock-in you can change plans at the same time.

A service level agreement is our commitment to respond and restore your service within set timeframes. Enhanced SLA (on NBN 250/100) and Pro SLA (on our top business plans) get priority support — for offices that can't afford downtime.

A static IP is a fixed internet address, included free on every plan. Most home users never notice it; businesses need it for CCTV, VPN access, hosting and some cloud tools. Having it included saves the usual monthly surcharge.
